Deposits are usually processed within a few minutes once the in-game trade is completed. If your pets haven't appeared after 10 minutes, contact support.

Any pet with a recognized value in our system can be deposited. Pets with a value of 0 cannot be wagered but may still be tipped to other players.

When both players are in a lobby, our server calls an independent random number API to determine the result. The outcome is 50/50 for PvP games. Results are recorded with a verifiable API ID that you can check on the Provably Fair page.

When joining a lobby, the total value of your selected pets must be within ±10% of the lobby creator's bet. This ensures a fair match between both sides.

Yes — you can cancel a WAITING lobby at any time before another player joins. Your pets will be returned to your inventory.

IN_PLAY status means the coin flip is actively processing. This usually resolves within seconds. If it stays stuck, contact support with your game ID.

You earn coins by playing daily (0.1 coins per active day where you wager at least 2 value), hitting 10-day milestones (1 coin bonus), and ranking up through the wager tiers.

There are four ranks based on your total wagered amount: Fish (0+), Dolphin (50+), Shark (250+), and Whale (1000+). Ranking up earns you coins — 2 for Dolphin, 5 for Shark, and 15 for Whale.

Yes. Both the daily 0.1 coin reward and the 10-day milestone reward expire at midnight UTC on the day they were earned. Rank-up rewards do not expire.

Coins can be spent in the Exchange shop to acquire pets directly from the platform's inventory, without needing to wager.

Some exchange listings are marked as Wager-Locked — these are offered at a discounted coin price but require you to play at least one game before the pet can be withdrawn.

Yes, daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Each listing has its own daily limit set by the admin.

The listing will show as Out of Stock and cannot be exchanged until the admin restocks it.

Go to My Pets, select the pets you want to withdraw (AVAILABLE status only), and click Withdraw. Our bot will trade them to you in-game. You can only have one withdrawal in the queue at a time.

No — Wager-Locked pets cannot be withdrawn until you play at least one game with them. Once played, the pet becomes Available and can be withdrawn normally.

Click on another player's avatar in the live chat to open the action menu, then select Tip Pets. You can send up to 10 Available pets at once.

Always verify the bot username before trading in-game. Scammers may impersonate our bot. We will never ask you to trade outside of the designated deposit/withdraw flow.

Mutes restrict you from chatting. Bans prevent all activity. Both can be temporary or permanent. Contact support if you believe action was taken in error.

We store only what's needed to run the platform. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We do not sell user data.
